Custom EVA boat flooring · Cullman, Alabama

Flooring that fits every level of your boat.

A real boat floor is not one flat rectangle. RCC plans fitted EVA panels for the raised bow deck, lower cockpit, rear deck, steps, hatches, seat bases, and other transitions that make your boat unique.

Custom flooring inquiries are open. Every project is reviewed for fit, measuring method, production scope, and installation needs before it is accepted.

Measured as a deck system

Every surface gets treated like its own fitted piece.

Raised casting decks, a dropped cockpit floor, vertical risers, hatch lids, and the area around a pedestal seat all need different outlines. RCC maps those sections separately so the finished layout follows the boat instead of covering it like one oversized mat.

  • Raised bow and rear decks, lower cockpit floors, and steps
  • Individual fit around hatches, seat bases, drains, and hardware
  • Two-tone EVA color combinations with routed reveal lines
  • Clean linear grooves, diamond layouts, or an alligator-inspired pattern
  • Helm pads, cooler mats, and smaller matching pieces considered

Built around the boat

A cleaner surface from the casting deck to the cockpit.

The goal is a cohesive layout that respects every edge, opening, and elevation while adding a cushioned feel underfoot.

True-to-deck fit

Panels are planned from the actual shape of each surface, including corners, hatch gaps, steps, and transitions between deck heights.

Practical comfort

EVA adds a cushioned walking and standing surface. Routed texture gives the deck a purposeful finish without hiding removable access panels.

Custom visual style

Choose a restrained factory-style layout or a bolder two-tone design, including diamond routing and RCC's alligator-inspired groove concept.

What to send

Good flooring starts with a complete map of the boat.

RCC will confirm the best measuring or templating approach after reviewing the project. Do not order material from rough guesses alone.

01

Photograph every level

Send wide views of the bow deck, lower cockpit, rear deck, steps, and vertical transitions, plus close photos of hatches and hardware.

02

Map the surfaces

Share overall dimensions and note every removable lid, seat base, drain, console edge, curve, and gap. A physical template may be required.

03

Approve the layout

Review the panel boundaries, hatch clearances, groove direction, pattern, and color layers before production is scheduled.

EVA flooring FAQ

Before the deck gets templated.

What types of boats can you consider?

Aluminum fishing boats, bass boats, pontoons, and other recreational boat projects can be reviewed case by case. Send the boat year, make, model, photos, and deck layout so RCC can determine whether the project is a good fit.

Do you install the flooring?

Local measuring and installation availability depends on the boat, location, surface condition, and schedule. The written quote will state clearly whether the project includes installation or is being supplied as a customer-installed kit.

Can you make and ship a kit outside Alabama?

Template-based projects outside North Alabama may be considered. RCC must first confirm how the deck will be measured, who is responsible for the final template, and whether the finished panels can be packaged and shipped safely.

Will my flooring look exactly like the boat shown above?

No. The image is a concept visualization. Your boat's deck levels, hatches, hardware, seams, pattern scale, and chosen colors determine the final design.

Now reviewing projects

Show RCC the whole deck—not just one measurement.

Start with clear photos of every floor level and the basic boat information. RCC will reply with the next measurements, templates, or surface details needed for an honest quote.
